There are two ways to answer this if looked at logically.Next time please be more specific in the question.
1)Time travel as in going through ages and centuries is not possible because if it were would'nt people come from the future to visit us in the present age and avert human disasters and catatrophes.Plus it defies the logic of God's creation.
2)Time travel as in changing time zones is possible if you cross the international dateline backand forth.

yes, time travel is possible
however, it would be hard to controll how far back you went without first doing some extreamly accurate calculating.
First one would need to aquire something capable of moving faster then the speed of light in a vacuum (299,792,458 meters per second), as light is slowed down by other matter.
Time travel is possible, but not at this moment.

yes, generally when travelling to west from east etc. by plane you cross time change line and you actually can go back to prev day.
