Models are human hangers for clothes most of us can't afford. Why they would starve themselves to death for such a frivolous "career" is beyond me.

A lot of people automatically assume that thin people are anorexic, or they dislike them because of the negative connotations that is recently being put on those who are thin.
Thin models are being used in this decade because they are the 'beauty standard' in modeling...BUT there is the most negative feedback on them!
I AM THIN AND HEALTHY. It doesn't matter what or how much I eat, but I will always be thin, so it annoys me when people hate thin people. That is just as bad as hating fat people. Especially when it is not the individuals fault. I think that the main reason people hate thin models now is because media tells them to in a way.
I find thin women very attractive. I personally don't like girls with a large chest or lots of curves. Everyone is attracted to different things, but they should not let others (or media) tell them what to like.

Depends, Chloe Memisevic is a runway model who I find way too thin but Vlada Roslyakova and Abbey Lee Kershaw are gorgeous.

I have never thought they were attractive, and always felt that they were devoid of any personality whatsoever. Real women arent built like that. Those models are tall "women", with little girl bodies. Let them model clothing for the childrens department! (modeling the childrens clothing that they keep advertising for women)

I admire their discipline. Some risk their health to perfect their skills and art. If you think they are having fun depriving themselves of their favorite yumm-o foods then I think you are greatly mistaken.
I like to see the look of a well hung gar-met on a man or women are there any clothes that make a obese person look good?
Well, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and I heard that someday the full figured person will be the rage. Myself I guess I was born either too soon or two late. LOL

ok one thing is being thin, or fit, and another is being extremely weak and skinny... those poor girls are like walking cadavers... fortunately the industry is calling now for healthier models. They are setting limits. Attractive? Some of them.

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. I found it attractive sometimes. but too thin might cut off the mood.

I personally would not call them ugly. Unhealthy comes to mind, and scary, it is horrible to see anyone so thin that their bone structure is protruding through their skin. They look like skeletons with skin draped over them. Very scary and very unhealthy. Very sad. God bless****
