simple.... take 2 candles.... stick a metal pin in both and connect alligator clips to ends of pins. then take bulb from say flashlight and connect alligator clips to bulb. then just light the candles. seems odd but it surprisingly works.

Sorry, you need electricity. If your question was about how to light up a light bulb without a battery or mains power, then all sorts of different things can be suggested as an alternative source of electricity - potato, static electricity by rubbing on a woolen jumper, etc.
But the upshot is that you still need electricity in one form or another. So the answer to your question on how you can make a light bulb light up without using a battery or ELECTRICITY is that you can't.

This is highly irresponsible, but put it in a microwave.
That would be using electricity though
Maybe a cooker could provide the heat, as the main energy source a lit bulb transmits is heat, and what you see is the light off that heat

Maybe, use kerosene: A small tank is pressurized to force kerosene up. The flame heats up a pipe coil of kerosene which vaporizes to cool the tank down, jets out to mix with air, and burns aggressively. The flame also should heat up a tungsten wire mess which glows and emits wavelengths from yellow to whitish green.

A small fluorescent bulb can be illumined with a CB radio when they transmit.. truckers do it all the time for a special effect on their CB antennas.

Use a potato! It's really true! You need a copper and zinc electrodes and a digital multimeter...it's got something to do with the chemical juices inside a spud!

It has to do with how the brain perceives light. There are drugs that can help you with this.
