You need counseling. Porn addiction is a major problem in America. You are not alone, some celebrities who have had the same problem are Charlie Sheen, Eric Benet and Kirk Franklin.

It's only a bad habit if A) you think it is, or B) others are telling you that it is.
Some men who enjoy porn are in very fulfilling relationships, but ask them when they break out the porn, and most will probably tell you that it's when their wife/girlfriend/etc. is out of town, and they miss being with them (a good example is Howard Stern). Meanwhile, other men use porn to "tide themselves over" when they're not in a relationship. If one of these is you, and you enjoy watching porn and are being told by others that it's a bad habit, then ignore the naysayers and watch what you please.
Of course, there are those who are not happy in their relationships at all, or they're not happy with themselves, and use porn as a means of escape or a crutch (as in addiction). If one or both of these sound like you, then therapy and a good Addicts Anonymous support group can help salvage your broken relationship (or help you decide to end a destructive one) and/or sense of self. If you decide to go this route, then you'll want to unload all of your porn - delete your downloaded pictures, cancel any computer memberships, and give your DVDs/magazines to a good bachelor friend - so that you won't be distracted from your goal. 2. Do not try to guess what the address of a Web page is. Many pornographic sites have similar addresses of respectable sites. For example www . whitehouse . com is a porn site. The real address is www. whitehouse . gov
3. Never click on Web site addresses that you receive in an unsolicited email.
4. Do not open attachments that come in email that are unsolicited.
5. Use filtered search engines or reputable directories to find the information you need.
6. Do not search for terms like girls. Think before you enter a search term.
Stick with reputable sites.
If something looks questionable, don't let curiosity get the best of you. Delete it or close the window.
