It is healthy for a body to expel waste at least once per day, but poor diets, medication, inactivity, and a host of other factors all contribute to sluggish bowels. Bloating is the swelling of the abdominal region which may be uncomfortable or painful. It may last for only a few days for some, or for long periods of time for others. Occasional bloating associated with constipation is frequently brought on by life circumstances such as travel, a change in diet, or pregnancy. Chronic bloating with constipation is not a disease, but a symptom of an underlying problem. This constipation related bloating can develop for a number of reasons and can be a source of discomfort and self-consciousness.

Here are some changes that you can incorporate into your life now that will take some weight off, and more importantly keep it off. Drink more water Don't drink any soda, even diet soda has a lot of sodium [salt] which will keep water in your body. Eat more fruits and veggies, less processed food and fatty meat. Cut out the junk food. Learn more here:

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.
In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/90fxU

You might have a fibroid tumor. My stomach is the same way. Used to be very flat now looks like a small pregnancy, get checked by your ob/gyn to be sure.

Try cutting back on wheat based products or yeast especially if you are a bread fiend like me , it`s one of the classic cause of bloating.

women can bloat for lots of reasons. if your period is due you could be retaining water.
if your digestion isn't very good you could need something like activia bio yogurt to help with that.
best option is a visit to your GP who can run tests if it really bothers you.
good luck, i hope you work it out soon x
