i only ever fall aslepp in my clothes when i am very tired, and usually sitting in front of the TV, when i wake up, i feel grumpy and go to bed!
Sleep problems, including dozing off, can be a symptom of many other conditions, from problems with the thyroid gland to depression - and even occasionally rare sleep disorders such as narcolepsy. So it's important to speak with your GP if you're currently experiencing insomnia or another sleep problem, since it could be indicative of another condition.

Okay Defender. Yes i have and often, When i was younger I had the same problem. What happenms is this. Body has a polariity about it between the head and pubic region. Girls are of the reversed polarity to guys. When body is awake and moving about, brain is in tune with the need to be dressed, then when body wants to sleep, it wants to remove the heavy clothing and relax in as little as posable so that the energy flows about body can move without obsticles. Itis much the same when you skiny dip, the pubic regione objects with some very strange feelings that it is not use to being touched by water as such. (Excluding the shower). So body not used to being encased when it wants to sleep wakes you up and tells you to change into something lighter to sleep in. With pratice though body and brain will adapt to the chage and sleeping fully clothed is no druma, usually though you wake uo with a strange tase in your mouth. Hope this shed some light on your experience. Dave

when I fall asleep in my clothing, I wake up a short while after as well. Clothing is uncomfortable to sleep in.
I better add that jammies are more comfortable!

Yes, and I always wake-up within the hour. I have often wondered why? the wake up even when I have been very tired. I think it has something to do with my shoes being on.
