Most hybrid roses cannot be grown from seed (it has to do with the hybridizing process); you will very likely need to purchase a plant.

Hi, I bought a BlueMoon rose several years ago from Swanes Nursery. I think they have a web site. I bought it mail order.

I have one and it is quite readily available in garden centres, etc. I think I got mine mail order from a company called J Parker. I wasn't too impressed by mine - it's not blue but a sort of dirty pink.

I don't know where to find one but it is certainly the prettiest rose color I have ever seen-a pretty lilac color. Hope you find it
