Neither. Both are overpirced and overhyped. iPod has always had battery problems. After all, if they're so small, the battery can't last very long, and they don't.

get an ipod. especially if you like being the cool person at school for a day, get an 80 gig, and speend a fortune on cool movies and music, and then go show it off to your friends

I have had 3 i-pods (upgrades each time) and i love them the look is great.
Never had any problems with them either.
