Tell her to get over it... if he is her man then she has nothing to worry about and should be proud that she has a man that other women find attractive.
If the man takes the girl up on the flirting and/or offer then that is a problem with her man and not the other girl. If her man is good looking and nice, he is going to get flirted with... again, have some self-confidence and get over it.

Well, have like a friendly advice to him. Tell him that he's not single anymore. He must be honest with this GF of his if he wants to keep their relationship.
