I use Olay. But the Neutrogena Deep Clean Cream Cleanser works really good too. It's in that upside down looking bottle.

It is good.It is important to use skin friendly products and not pinch the pustules so that there are no scars formed. A good soap like Neutrogena or Cetaphil is recommended. Mild oil free skin creams should only be used . This link should provide more remedies.

You need to use something gentle on your face or you will make it worse. Go to NHS direct website and type in a search for acne. It tells you what you should and shouldn't be doing to your skin if you have acne. Diet has no effect on acne at all. it's all about hormones. If you have very bad acne you should go and see your GP.

Acne is caused by a bacteria in your body, produced by the foods we eat. If you are having a really bad out break then this is what I would do, go see your doctor he can best direct you on what will help.

it depends........for some acne wash w/c are expensive will cause more acne......it depends on the type of skin you have...it dont have to be expensive for it to work....some cheap acne wash works......you should have only one acne wash you should maintain using it...for if u keep on changing acne wash it will ruin your skin and choose acne wash which are mild...but it is still better to ask your dermatologists
