Whenever I'm at home, I have so much energy and I can see that my eyes don't look tired but when I'm out, it's like my energy has been sucked out of me and my eyes look so drowsy and becomes small. When I get home, the energy returns once again.

You could be very sensitive ti stimulation, IE noise, voices, street sounds, lights, smells, etc. This can make you very "scattered" and uncomfortable feeling.
If your home is more sedate, it would follow that you feel more energized there.
Try doing a search on "Energy Shielding Techniques' and see if that helps.
Good luck.

Croa had a good answer. Some people are very sensitive to energy. We channel electromagnetic energy from the earth and also spiritual sources. A good way to protect yourself before you leave the house is to do some deep breathing exercises before you leave the house. While you are breathing in, imagine a golden light coming in through the top of your head and filling your body and surrounding you with light. While you are doing this, say some affirmations like:

I am safe and protected.
I am connected to the infinite supply of energy

Right before you leave the house, run your hand up the front of your body, as if you were "zipping up" your energy field.

Maybe, you don't spend enough time outside and when you do go out the fresh air, you're not used to, makes you drowsy. Protect your eyes with sunglasses (not only from the bright sun, but also wind or dust).

You may be allergic to latex. When you are outside there is more latex in the air from car tires. It makes me tired, my eyes sore and if there is a lot in the air you get a sore throat. The drier and hotter the weather the worse it is.
