I agree with the first answer, you should relax yourself. I'm not sure how many papers in the 4 hours. I presume 1 paper (for a course) so there might be both subjective and objective questions. From my experience, I would definitely review all of the key concepts, ideas, principles, formulas, theories as well as some critical points the professor had stressed and elaborated in class. Then, I would plan on my timing whenever I received the paper, I mean you should do the least difficult one first, then the more difficult ones. It's a tactics to encourage oneself, moreover, be alert while doing the items. Good students do not spend too much time on something impossible to solve within a time limit like in an exam, every second counts. Take care, relax and good luck.

My bad, I forgot about the time changes. It is only 1:15 here. Look, there is not much you can do besides look over the key terms (this is not high school, the stuff you know you should know by looking at your notes or just understanding the material). By and large, though, the best thing you can do for yourself is to get some sleep. Good luck. If you know it you know it

calm down and review all of the notes you have taken. go over the 4 or 5 times. just scan then take a shower and think about what you went over. get dressed and get ready then go over then again a couple times. eat something and while you are doing that go over the info in your head. scan over it one more time before you leave. once you get to class sit down get out your nots and scan until the test starts. this has always worked for me..good luck

Breathe.... There is nothing to gain by being stressed.

Relax and be sure to some food in stomach and drink some water before the test.
(You can't hink if your brain is dehydrated)

Look over your notes. Think about the other tests this teacher has given. You will do fine.

If you want to avoid taking it.....use the diarrhea thing. It is so painful to say to a teacher that they always think you are telling the truth.

If you want to ace it...drink four red bulls and write an outline with no distractions between writing the outline/studying and taking the test...avoid all conversations! Good luck...

You've got four hours. You can learn an awful lot in four hours if you have to. Sit down and don't lift your head from that book until you have to go.
