You can send an article to your local newspaper by fax, email attachment or in the post. Why don't you telephone and speak to either the news desk or editorial department, who will advise you as to their preference.

Most local papers can be e-mailed.so do a search, get the address then send.No need to use the post anymore.You can ask for confirmation of receipt also.
