there are a number of things... leave a little love letter in her purse... or somewhere else she will find while she out in public ( my favorite)
write her a poem, sernade her with her favorite song ( to some people you get more points if you are a horrible singer)
or if you want to spend money... buy her a teddy bear, favorite flower, the last thing she looked at said it was cute or nice ( plz take off the reciept... we dont want to know how much you spend... little or lot)
or when she looks her worse... tell her she is beautiful
tell her you u love her
do all these things with out expecting something is return

It depends on the girl.
Flowers are good in most cases to be romantic, I don't know if that what shows her you love her.
Love is something that you feel, it's not a matter of showing.
Care for her, talk to her, listen to her. The rest will come.

It's the little things that count, running her a bath, a massage, cooking dinner, whisking her away for a surprise weekend, a little gift, writing her a love letter/poem, sending flowers to her work and most of all telling her he loves her! She must be a lucky lady :o)

there are literally thousands of ways to be romantic a nice meal in her favorite restaurant flowers, chocs or even just brekkie in bed it all depends on what the lady in question likes

I do everyday by telling my wife "I love her ", and thank her for "sharing her life with me"!
She smile and hugs me gives me a kiss and then tells me she got better then she deserves!
I tell her I agree ( LOL ) and we have a smile or two before work and call each other at least once a day!
Marriage is hard work but well worth it but remember be honest and tell her what your thinking or attracted too you'll find an allay in you wife and get brownie points too!!!

by doing all the housework for her while shes out shopping for some new clothes(with your credit card) and having a nice romantic meal ready for her when she gets back with lots of candles and flowerts etc

tell her or say it with a lovely card and flowers. put rose petals from your front door to the bedroom?
take her for a romantic break to Venice? (if you can afford it)
Cook her dinner?
Get her a nice fluffy toy?

romantic notions aside.......for a moment.....(oprah) says a man says he loves her....when taking out the trash without being asked,doing the dishes,a load of laundry.....simple things are the best things..............now the romantic side,flowers for no reason,gift certicate to a spa ,again for no reason,little notes laying around in places she will find them...alluding to a special night.............again simple .....it works for me!
