I have a 1991 Ford Bronco with 53,000 Miles never had any problems with it but latley Whenever I turn off the car there is a humming/Buzzing sound comeing from the rear end. Usually it go's off but tonight its staying on and won't go off. After A few Hours I went out to start the car and it almost dident want to turn over so what ever the sound is I think its killing my battery. Does anyone have any ideas?

Yeah I don't know its weird Like I said its killing the battery whatever it is. It just kept on humming then I unhooked the batter and the sound went right off...? Then When I rehooked the battery it was on for like a min or so then went off. So I started the car agian to see if it had magically stoped and of course the humming came back

This sound that you think is coming from the rear of your car is actually coming from your radiator.. you could have a slow leak in the radiator itself or in one of the hoses leading to or from your radiator. Also try loosening your gas cap you may have a vacuum caused by a tight pressurized gas cap..

If it is coming from the rear, it might be your fuel pump. Wen you turn your key on but not trying to start it up u can usually hear it come on, if it is the same noise then its the fuel pump, why its staying on couldn't tell you.
