I don't know if I'd pick Hillary Clinton. But I think America has finally matured enough to accept a woman running for the Presidency.

I agree, America is ready for a female president but I don't think Senator Hillary Clinton is a possibility. I believe she lost credibility when she spent a couple of years on the health care problem and did not come up with a reasonable solution. We not only need answers to our health care and educational problems but we need someone who can motivate the two parties to work together on solutions. We as a nation have been doing nothing for over 50 years now. Come on Generation X --- stand up and solve the problems --- I know we can do it.
A start may be --- mandatory health insurance like car insurance and trade practical trade schools as well as college preparatory. (What a national shame over 40% of the high school population --- attend until failure forces dropout.

A woman could do the job, but not Hillary Clinton.
I think she lost points with a lot of people, when she let Bill get away with his nonsense, and didn't kick him out of the White House. If she had made him get his own apartment & just come to the White House to work everyday, I'd vote for her any day, for ANYTHING !!!!

I believe in the concept of organized anarchy. A society of morals without need of a corrupt figurehead but I'm also a feminist....it's a hard rope to walk. I guess a woman president wouldn't be so bad as long as she'd gone through menopause. Menstruation and the button? Bad juju.

It's not about whether America is ready for a woman president or not. It's about whether the candidate, man or woman, is qualified for the position.
I'd vote for Condoleeza Rice. I would NOT vote for Hilary Clinton.

normally i would not vote for a woman, but the fact that her husband was president and she pretty much told him what to do and how to do it. things were good so yes i am going to vote for her. beside after president bush i think we are ready for anything

yeah I agree, and I think Hilary deserves it... she must get SOME kind of reward for sticking it out with Bill for all these years!!! smart woman.
