A guy who want to get "many girls" should not have a problem finding loose women in any country. These types of women are not discriminatory (nor are they very picky)...
But to answer your question, I think that Japanese "racism" is not really the same as American racism. Japanese attitudes about black people (African-Americans) actually comes from American portrayals of black people in movies. American movies and music are quite popular in Japan. If you notice, even today, black people in American media are represented in rap and hip-hop culture as "gangsters".
Many Japanese people do not have a problem with this, but don't be surprised in they assume that because you are black, you know every rap and hip hop artist and listen to rap and hip hop all the time.
This type of "racism" is not hostile, it's simply ignorant. Although most African-Americans enjoy showing the Japanese that they are not like that at all, I think if you are planning to get with "many girls", you will actually be promoting the "pimp"/"player" stereotype...

I'm only in 8th grade, but as I'm Japanese, and I currently live in Japan, I'll answer your question.
I'm sorry to say that the answer is yes. Old people are discriminated against black people, probably because they haven't seen many of them before, when they were young. So naturally they tend to be suspicious of black people, and disapprove of marriages between Japanese and black people.
However, I've seen lots of young women walking around in a couple with black people, so I'm guessing that they don't think so.
In big cities like Tokyo or Yokohama though, there are quite a lot of black people, so Japanese people don't notice them as much. Smaller cities tend to be more discriminative.
However, I've seen lots of young women walking around in a couple with black men, so I'm guessing that they don't think so.
So I guess you'll find many girls willing to go out with you!! Good luck!!

There is no specific discrimination. What happened in America that led to us black folk being discriminated against did not happen in Japan. In fact, I went there many a year ago, and the people almost seemed fascinated with me. Or they ignored me like I wasn't there. But either way, I felt less discriminated against there than at home.

same as my other answer.
Black people are scary to them. Its just the image that they have. When it comes to sex, having sex with a black man makes them feel more pure about themselves because they see them as something 'lower' than themselves. (there is a famous Japanese author who wrote about this)
They see them with curiosity, they have never met one, only seen them on TV, and they are usually the big scary bad guy in a movie. My friend from Nigeria in Japan is miserable. The stereotypes they put on black people is terrible.
If you were a big black guy and you knocked on their door, they would never open it. On the other hand there are bound to be some peroxide blonde airheads who would want to hang out with a foreigner just for sex and for the image.
If you want to go to Japan just for that I ask you to steer clear please. Because if you don't, you just solidify the image they have of dirty scary black men.
A short while back some US Navy men attacked and raped some very young girls, like under 14. They 3 US men were African American. It did not help the image of black people.
If you go to Japan please help the image of your nationality. Japan runs on stereotypes, so if you do not help it, you destroy it for all those that go after you have long gone.

You'll have no problem in Japan!
Japanese will fawn all over you and tell you how great your Japanese is, even if you just say "arigato".
You'll also be invited to many things, just so that you can be someone's foreigner friend, sort of like decoration.
Be sure to learn how to use chopsticks before you go!
If anyone discriminates against you, you'll never know it because they will be too afraid to outwardly show it.
