If i had that answer id write a book.
But Winston Churchill Said once:
"...democracy is the worst imaginable kind....if it wasn't for the alternatives...."
Alternatives anyone??
No theories can cover the chaos it is.(9 billion human brains, with each 10 000D's processes in any given moment..I cant consider that order in any traditionally way.)
All is process and any ruling will brake or be inadequate all of sudden.

No. Monarchies can be capitalistic but never be socialist so how can they be closer? Monarchy is a system where the head of state is decided by birth right, in an absolute monarchy the king decides everything, absolute monarchies don't exist anymore in Europe, most Kings only have a symbolic function today. Socialists see the world essentially as divided in classes and feel the lower classes should rise up and take what is rightfully theirs (in a nutshell) Monarchists also believe in classes, they believe some men are better than other men and the King is above everyone else, that's the idea in an absolute monarchy where all monarchies originated. Those ideas are clearly incompatible. The European economy is really not that different than the American. What we spent more on social programs the Americans spent extra on defense. The idea the government in Europe has more power or Europeans are less free than Americans is a misconception. There's a broad consensus from left to right our welfare states are a good thing and worth defending. We don't see social programs necessarily as socialistic like the American right does or in conflict with the idea of a free market

It really depends on your culture. Like in the Philippines, we are using an American style Presidential government which is not working for us at all. The country is now debating what system of government we should use that is politically and culturally acceptable. Like right now, every year, some Philippine Congressmen would file an impeachment complaint against the President and is hampering the Philippine Congress from working. If it was a Parliamentary system, it would have been easy to remove the head of state and move on with a new government. Besides, the current Presidential system in the Philippines is acting like a Parliament where political parties are grouping together to form coalitions. It is really strange.
In the case of Singapore, they are considered as a "dictatorship", so with Malaysia. In fact the media is controlled in these countries, yet they are progressive. Which makes you think that democracy does not really translate progress. Progress really depends on how your political leaders use their authority to uplift the lives of their citizens.

A government that trust it people to know what is best for their own personal life. The best government to me only concerns it self with the protection of it people from foreign enemies. I like our government structure but it needs to return more power back to the general populace.
I prefer a combination of capitalism and socialism. Capitalism because it provides the people a way to live off their own inventiveness.
Socialism: I believe individual should not be able to profit so highly on services like medicine, home heating, and infrastruture. I think there should be major controls on items like gas to stabilize the economy. Like for instance: We all know electric car technology has been suppressed because of the big oil companies protecting their interest not the interest of our country of nature. So companies should not be allowed to get so powerful to stop the growth of technologies that will move to country to more efficient technologies

The type of government is not as important as the morality of the people. Democracy in America would immediately fall apart if everyone cheated on taxes and/or claimed bankruptcy. Communism would work if the people all worked together for the whole.

Libertarian Democracy - a normal democracy can take away rights by vote and take away freedom by majority-rule. A libertarian democracy wouldn't allow government to do anything but provide public services.

I am satisfied with the government we have now in the United States of America. The world has evolved to this state and to be the number one super power is very satisfying to me.
My country right or wrong.

In theory, it appears that the communist government would work the best. However, in practise, this is not the case. People get resentful, people become obsessed with power and money, and people are flawed.
