Looking for someone who has succesfully used Carltons sheets No Money Down System to purchase Real estate. I am considering giving it a try and just wondered if someone other than paid commercial people have used this and if they recommend the system. Also any advice you may have will be greatly appreciated.

The only one who has gotten rich on Carlton Sheets program is Carlton Sheets. First of all, you have to find someone who will sell you a property with no money down. If and when you find them, will you please come back and tell all of us, because this person has been and will be nonexistant. (Of course unless it's your MOM).

Please don't be taken by this Get Rich Quick program. If it sounds too good to be true, it always is.

I sold real estate for over 25 years and with all my knowledge and extra schooling, I have never found this ideal to be true to form. How can you buy a house with no money down and then sell it at a profit? Does this mean that you have found the "deal of the century" when someone is willing to take a loss on their property and just hand the key over to you without any security that you will ever pay them back?

People are not that gullible and even if they were, you would have to keep that property for some time for it to increase in value. Make the mortgage payments...Or do extensive repairs.

Think about the aspects of this, you will certainly come up with the same reasoning...it's just not gonna work!

I've got to admit I have no personal experience with his system. But I know you can learn the principles he teaches for a lot less money. Namely free at the library and online. It is possible to do what he says in theory. In practice it's a lot harder. If you want to invest in real estate you have a better chance of success if you take a more conservative approach. Once you know more about it you can take more risk. You'll have a better idea about what's what.
