Greek: aprokatAliptos =open minded,(in Latin letters, so you can read it. Capital Vowel, for the tone).
opposite: ProkatilimEnos. narrow minded.

The equivalence of open-minded in my language, which happens to be Arabic, is exactly the same: Mutafat'teh Al-Akl. Mutafat'teh means open and Al-Akl means mind.

1. Opposite of open-minded is closed-minded.
2. Opposite of broad-minded is narrow-minded.
3. Opposite of Shallow-minded could be deep-minded, meaning profound.

A FACT ABOUT LINGUISTICS;

When words are of descriptive (concrete) meanings, not abstract meaning, they tend to be a common denominator in all languages. I guess our ancestors, thousands of years ago, were more on the concrete side (what they can see), than the abstract, then languages developed to be more of the abstract.
