Lately she hasnt been using her wheel (she usualy does) or coming out to get food or water. i hadn't really noticed because i thought my mom had been refilling her food and water as i have been busy. I just took her out and (what really worries me) her whole underside is very cold and the temp in my house and her cage isn't cold at all. I was very sick for the past week, could she have caught my sickness? or is she simply hibernating due to the slightly cold weather that finally went away yesterday? any suggestions would be helpful

Get her to a vet right away, a noticable drop in body temp is very serious. Call around and find an emergency vet that deals with exotics.
It is very doubtful that she got sick from you but it's possible she got her own illness.
Please update after you see a vet and let us know how she is.
