well the honor system doesnt work, thats been proven.

you cant force someone to be a good parent or to visit. personally, i would be glad that someone like that isnt involved in his life.

but i would be pushing for a federal warrant on his ***. write your states Attorney General, your states Governor and your states Regional FEDERAL Child Support Office.

one letter, copy to all of them. give them your info, his info, the case number, the arrrears, the problem. ask them what they are doing about it.

also POST HIS DEADBEAT FACE, ON A DEADBEAT SITE.

Wow.. this is a fairly new one... well first of all a private investigator is not the most expensive thing in the world and you could just go to some judge and ask for a court ordered location of him.. it is possible.. good luck with this

track them down yourself or get a private investigator, depending on money as no one else will be looking too actively. He's got to know someone and chances are he hasn't gone far. Unless you think he just up and went to another place alone or isn't from there anyway.
