Apart from Yahoo! I have lycos.com for my business emails. However, on some websites when contacting the company, an Outlook Express box appears requesting your question/enquiry. On the last box it asks for your POP and SMTP servers, otherwise connection/message sent does not happen. I have Windows XP, is there a page I can view on their system. If so, how do I locate it please?

Like Muffin, I phoned my ISP (Ntl) and they also said that they cannot give me the outgoing server for my Lycos emails because they only support Ntl and Virgin Media. So I've reached stalemate, as there does not appear to be any other way of finding out. Lycos were only able to give the incoming server name.

Thanks to all three of you for your advice.

your incoming and outgoing mail servers are those provided by your ISP with a pop mail account so you need to contact your ISP

If you find the answer, let me know!

I rang my ISP: Ntl now VirginMedia, and they told me that they do not support Lycos mail only NTL and VirginMedia, so could not say who the outgoing server is for Lycos!!
