It is associated with stress, but I don't know if stress is the cause or is just an influence. When I have something hard to do, my muscles become tight and my heart speeds up. Even if I'm very enthusiastic about the work, I still get this reaction. Later I feel a little pressure in my head and my skin raises in temperature and gets wet. Later, my sinuses heart and my gums are bleeding easily. If it gets worse, I throw up and after that I get a relief. I have to realize in time that I enter this pattern of reactions and go to sleep. Sleep it's a natural cure for this state. If I experience this at the problem at the highest intensity, I wake up with a little rigidity at the back of my neck.
Interesting, I get easily in this state if I eat spicy food or with onions or drink alcohol (like two glasses of wine).
Please give me an explanation if this sounds like something you know about. Thank you!

I think your right. It sounds like mental stress to me. I experience some of the same symptoms occasionally when I'm worried about the outcome of a difficult project. When I have to do something, that I'm not sure about, and I don't have much time to get it done, I feel a rise in temperature, like a fever. Once I start working on the problem and see a solution in sight, the symptoms go away. The solution to your problem is to remove the trigger for the stress. Fear seems to be the trigger. We create these triggers from experiences in the past. The experience creates a memory that comes back to haunt us. The memory contains energy that manifests as physical reactions to the remembering the past experiences. In most cases they are unconscious memories. If you remove the energy from the memory then the trigger effect is gone. There is a natural method to remove these energy triggers, mantra meditation. Better know as Transcendental Meditation.

Ok. It can either be an anxiety/panic attack or there is something more going on. I can promise you that it is fixable. It sounds serious enough that I am going to ask you to go to a doctor. If you do not care for a psychologist or a psychiatrist that is cool. Your general doctor can help. The basic idea here is to learn to relax. when you feel your muscles tense try deep breaths. Realize that you are becoming stressed and walk away (as long as there is no immediate deadline). The idea is to desensitize yourself to the overwhelming feelings of stress. The best way to complete this process is to see someone who is very skilled at this. Either a cognitive/behavioral psychologist or a very close variation thereof. Good luck!

Listen to your body and avoid things that may trigger it - information on headaches ... Muscles get knots called trigger points. These make the muscles tight causing them to press on nerves and other thing.
Pain can be referred from places other than the head.
#1 The first thing is to take a couple swigs of molasses or eat a couple of bananas. They contain magnisium and potassium both of which muscles need.
#2 WATER she should be drinking 1/2 gallon minimum. The head of neurology at UCDavis likens a body running low on water to a car running low on oil (the engine can seize).
Get a good (deep tissue) massage (to loosen the trigger points) on the back, shoulders and neck. Make sure to press up at the base of the skull where it meets the spine.
You rub or lightly scratch everywhere on your head. You will hit spots that are tender these are trigger points. The idea is to rub across them 6-12 times per session up to six times per day until they go away.
For more information on trigger points read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
