Yes, it was very awkward..Because my boyfriend was right there telling the girl "Uhh..She has a boyfriend, she's straight, please go away" and she kept insisting on hitting on me still.

Yes. No big deal. It's the same as being hit on by a guy that I'm not interested in. A polite refusal is all it takes.

yes..... I am female, and I had a woman hit on me at the grocery store. Well, I think she did?
~We were both looking at the bananas. She kept looking at me smiling. I tried to ignore her, I had no clue who she was! I grabbed an 8 pack of bananas and put them in my cart. She then says to me " I like them firm too" Then, she smiled a weird grin at me.... I left. VERY quickly at that moment.
She totally looked like a man! But she had a flat tummy and a female chest! Short choppy hair, mens clothing and I am pretty sure she was wearing Old Spice ! ( mens cologne )

Well I dated a bisexual for awhile and he hit on me first. The odd thing was, he hit on my now hubby too when the two of them used to be friends.

Yeah...this one place I used to work had this Lezbo that flirted with me. She would walk by my cubicle or drop something off in my in-box and her eyes would linger. She was actually attractive...smart, funny and a nice dresser. She dressed in guy pants with a belt and button down shirts tucked in. She was pretty cool. I didn't take offense to this...I was flattered.

Actually, yeah. I told him as politely as possible that I wasn't interested. He still acted pissed off.
