Yes plants give off oxygen and absorb the exhaled air from mammals, so when talking to them you are breathing on them your used air which is good for them.

If you are a true gardener your plants are like children. You plant them...you nurture them... I mean you water them, prune them,fetilize them....Being that close to them are care for them you talk to them. They give you little surprises...A bud....A flower...many flowers...seeds...It's FUN!!!!...
