uh all i know of is lenny kravits :) any more oh yeah and pharrel does quite alot?? thanks what do you think of the whole idea?

Black people would lead you to believe that they only listen to R & B and rap but I know different. I have been in stores where they are singing along to rock and pop songs.

There have been a few alternate/indie rock bands where the lead singer is black, ie Skunk Anansie and Bloc Party....dunno if you've heard of them so I have added links below........also the lead singer of Thin Lizzy, Phil Lynott was half black and of course you there is the legendary Jimi Hendrix.
