I am using dial-up internet, currently, If I am on my PC, no one can get through to call me, How can I work this cheaply, so that I can take a phone call, while I am online?What are my options?

You can't, really, with just dial-up. Your callers are just going to get a busy signal while you're connected. If you get DSL, which comes in over your phone line, you can still get phone calls while you're online, but, of course, there's an extra cost for DSL.

have been given a telephone call from Caribbean Cruise line. theory i became into chatting with Royal Caribbean, which i admire!! have been given sucked into the unfastened cruise with a stay in Florida. Yahoo! DSL is as low as 15 dollars a month. And you can make and take calls while online.

You can't.
I suggest either
1) Getting a secondary phone line
or
2) Get DSL/Cable [It's faster and much better TRUST ME!]

I doubt if this is possible with a dial up connection.

you can download callwave. it is a system, that shows you when someone it calling. Or you can get cable internet and talk and be online at the same time.

as far as i know there are External modem that do this. you can use your phone line while connected to internet. i am not that sure...
