Check Adam Air. Also You can travel via Jet Star Asia. There is another alternative You have to check each website. It all depends on which day you are travelling and what time you need to travel. The earlier you book, the cheaper the price will be. However you can't cancel the tickets.You can book them online and get a e-ticket.

adam air doesn't fly to singapore! cheapest will be garuda for a full fledged carrier. for budget, fly by airasia or tiger.
another alternative is to take a ferry to batam and catch a regional flight to jkt.
