I am working with a few people who are putting a hip hop album out. what would you say would be the best topics for the cd i know there should be for example 1. club banga 2. love song 3. story but what else

Well, lyrical content is up to you, write whatever is in your heart.
You do want a club song, a ballad...stories of course, they will all be your stories.
You can cover such topics as:
Friendship
Family
Music
Politics
Being broke
Being rich
Hoping to make it big
Down and dirty sex song
God
Faith
Instrumental...no lyrics
Throw in some snippets of studio chatter or practice
A remix of any one song, bring one up tempo or down etc or club it up
A rap if it is mostly singing, or a singer if it is mostly rapping
A cover song or a sample or a medley with a club beat
A cover of some song from another genre, such as a country song or an opera or a hymn...do it YOUR style.
