Ok so i am trying to get bigger, what can I do?

I'm 5'9-10, 130pounds ish.

What natural workouts should i do? push ups? situps? any advice any patterns, and YAY i finally had the courage to delete my myspace!

If you are trying to build muscle mass, go to GNC and pick up some vanilla protien powder and make shakes out of them for meal supplements. Eat as much protien as you can, preferably chicken.

Workout five times a week and do negative sets in the gym. Keep a log of how much wieght you are doing, but ease into it. Never go too fast or you could hurt yourself.

lifting free wieghts is more effective but natural lifts you can do are. pushups. situps. crunches. leglifts. pullups. and others. you need to eat more protein. fish and chicken are good sources but so are other meats. you can also buy protien shakes
