what would you suggest as a punishment for all those people (specially men) that abuse rape kill and cut hands legs hearts heads of small kids-and sell them to other countries??

An eye for an eye. But if this is really going on (god forbid), then no execution is bad enough. Perhaps they should be put in a cage, with long chains coming in on all four sides, and each chain would be equipped with a steel hand cuff. Each one is attached to a limb. The other ends of these chains would be attached to the bumper of 4 very big trucks. And with the observing entire town, all 4 trucks should see who can do the slowest quarter mile in all 4 directions, literally tearing the man limb from limb. Does that satisfy you?

The question you pose has many angles as to how we approach punishment in society. In response to such diabolical villainy do we respond and punish for:
1. Retribution - Eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth?
2. Determent - Let everyone see that this is what happens so that they will not commit the act?
Either way, we must decide whether we are a society that frowns upon certain behaviors because of practical or moral reasons.

I think they should be dead before they even get to trial!!! What kind of sick person does things like that to kids???? ANYone that abuses/kills kids needs to be put down a very dark, deep well and left there in the dark until they DIE!!! Sick puppies!! Oh, I guess this means you are NOT strict and hard. Good question!!!
