That is whacked and consider the source...a publication that is called "The Conservative Voice" which obviously prefer all young white males fall into their neatly conceived conserative perspective of things.
Problem is, life in not neat, it is messy and as many young white males as not will choose not to get a haircut as that would be a conformative standard of "The Man" which leftist and altruists strive against.

Two hundred years ago the same voice said all young white guys must wear powdered wigs, and at some point after that no darlin of the socialite circle would be seen dead without a ponytail.
Conservatism is simply the promulgation of that which causes the least offence to those self-appointed guardians of the moral cause, and fashion is no different. The way we're going at the moment, in fifty years you'll be burnt at the stake for any bodily hair whatsoever - unless you're female, in which case the same stake awaits unless you have beautiful long hair...
