Dear Friends, I m in serious trouble to ask about Youngness. I want to ask some question like:
1. Why my sperm quantity has decreased when I reached 18?
2. Why my ejaculation has decreased towards girls?

When I was 14 years old so I got different changes in my body like expelling sperm and 14 to 18 I expelled a lot but from few days I am getting different sort of changes again that my ejaculation towards girls has decreased because of what, I don't know. I ain't getting interest in girls nowadays(when I reached 18).

Please guide me Is it any kind of illness or something else?

You were going through a period of unstable hormones from 14 to 18. Now your hormone levels have become steadier. That is normal and desirable. Very little serious work would get done in this world if we adult men thought about sex as constantly as teen boys do.

However if you have absolutely no more interest at all in sex, maybe your hormone levels have stabilized at too low a level. In that case, you may need medical help to increase them a little. Probably, though, everything will settle down in a few months. If you have had no desires at all for a period of six months, see a doctor. If you still have desires once in a while but not every few minutes anymore, that is normal, and you should give it a little more time. Only you can decide if you are troubled enough by this to seek medical help.

Another factor is that at 18 you have many more demands on your time than at 14. You've started college or a job, and you no longer have long afternoons to do nothing but have fantasies. Factors like a new job can take over your interest temporarily so you think of little else. If there have been changes like this in your life recently, give things a few months to settle out before worrying.

Good luck - and don't be afraid to see a doctor if that will ease your mind. Doctors have heard all this before and will not make fun of you.
