Try this, with internet explorer open click on "tools" then scroll down to "internet options" and click that. Then click "delete browsing history" then select "delete all ", You can also customize your internet explorer to not save your previous entries using internet tools.

2.Select "Internet options".
3.Now Click on "Clear History".

Do you mean clear your search history, or your toolbars?
Search history, go to tools, Internet options, click on delete next to settings, and click on "delete forms"
ToolBars: Click on tools, select toolbars and choose the ones you want to display ONLY... THat's it.
