It's more likely to break on a concrete floor because concrete is more dense than wood. Wood has a softer surface that is going to absorb more of the energy of the impact. With concrete, the glass gets a greater share of the energy from the impact.

Wood is able to bend more than concrete. This way wood will distribute the energy of the impact over a longer time that concrete will. In other words the glass will not slow down as rapidly as when it hits concrete. That is why it is a little less likely to break.

It would be more likely to break on concrete. Wood has more pliancy, also more absorption. Like if a wood floor has some moisture in it, the glass has more cushion.

concrete has no give and will cause the glass to shatter wood however has some give and may absorb enough of the glasses momentum to not shatter it on impact

this is because the wood offers more elasticity than the concrete...with has less elasticity thereby resulting in a greater impact than the wood

Because the concrete is harder and in some cases, more rigid making an uneven surface.
