the judge had left it up to the addoptive parents to deside if they wanted me to see them.I was to get a hold of the G.A.L to meet the addoptive parents,also to have my granted good buy visit and was told that the kids thearpiest desided it wasnt in there best intrest to see me again.is there any thing i can do to see them

Termination of parental rights means that visitation rights is also terminated. Thus, appeal the case and cite valid reasons.

No when your rights are terminated you are no longer allowed to see your kids unless you find a successful way to appeal that decision.

Unfortunately, it is all in what the judge decides; although, you can appeal.
