"Live in the Moment" might even be too strong of a phrase. I just want to appreciate my life now instead of looking forward and wanting something that I'll have in the future. Such as: I can't wait to graduate college (but I have 1 year left), I can't wait to get engaged, get married, have a job, have kids, etc. But I know that when I get engaged I'll want to be married and when I'm married I'll want kids... I want to stop this horrible cycle I've gotten myself into! What can I do to enjoy my life and not worry, plan, or be too excited about the future? How can I put my goals in their place and quit trying to rush things? Thanks

Just to remember that "man can only plan but the result is in God's hands", who knows how long anybody will stay alive, be grateful of what you have now and live life to the fullest. I think you just did by questioning this.
