I don't because I can't stand the vrrrp vrrrrp sound when you walk in them. am I weird?

I know the sound you are talking about, very conspicuous but I love the way they feel and how the fabric looks, so I wear them frequently. If they are not in style/hard to find, I forget about them and go back to jeans and other pants, but then I spot a pair again and I can't stop wearing them. The softer/lighter the corduory, the less noise it makes. Women's cords are often made with lighter fabric then men's for some reason, though you can find heavy fabric for women as well.

I dislike the sound they make when I walk in them and the way they feel. Sorry I just can't stand corduroy.

I don't wear the pants, but I do listen to "Corduroy" by Pearl Jam.

I do, I have 3 pairs from American Eagle, but I hate how the crotch area wears out so easily on them. But, they are sooo comfy, and warmer than jeans. I know what you mean about the vrrp vrrp, it is friction lol

my bf's mom used to MAKE him wear corduroy pants when he was a little kid, he hated them so much he used to take them off in public :)
