It doesn't matter to me if they guy has a disabilty or not if I truly love him...mind you a guy could be "perfect" but never get someone to love him...I believe that every person on this earth has someone to love him...his soulmate

People fall in love everyday. Some of those people can't walk, talk, drive, or read. There are many disabilities; however I truly believe that there are no boundaries that love cannot conquer. I guess what I'm trying to say, is yes...it is absolutely possible to love a young disabled guy. Congrats to the couple in love. Many people leave this world never knowing what love is, you are very lucky!

Of course! Legs are for walking ... he still can do that. ... and he can use a wheelchair to get around too. What does any of this have to do with falling in love and having a wife? He has a brain to think with, a heart that can love and arms to hold with. I knew a man who lost both his legs as a child when he was run over by a train. He married, raised 4 terrific kids and became a very successful insurance agent. He was very active in the community and no one ever considered him disabled.

I'll never know who my Mr.Right could be. Girls may have all these types of ideal men they want to marry. But who your soulmate is, is predestined. The only thing that i trully believe is that there a someone for everyone. Did you ever see Ripley's Believe it or not, where this lady who didn't have any legs married a healthy man, lived a healthy way of living and even gave birth to a healthy baby?
I guess, if that guy just lives a positive happy life and is grateful for what he has and accepts his disabilities as a gift to live a more challenging life than the normal human being could, someone is bound to fall in love with him and want to spend the rest of her life with him.

It is certainly possible, but not probable that you would get the kind of girl you are looking for.
It would take a special person to look at a disabled person as a whole person & not at them as a person with alot of baggage.
I am disabled too,& you can't tell unless I tell you,but we have to take what we can get or do without!I imagine it is twice or three times as hard for an obviously disabled person.
Sorry! But that is the way I have seen the world unfold for the past 20yrs.

A marriage comes without any conditions, for better or worse right? If the love is there then the disability doesn't matter.

This of having a disability only would be a problem for someone who does not know the meaning of," everyone should be treated equaly regardless of color, race, etc." We are suppose to love one another and help one another too. A disabled person can love too!!!!!!

Sunny, disabled people are Human beings. Before you should even ask this question, you should instead ask yourself " Would I want to get married if I was disabled?" and I am sure you would say yes... So what's up with this question? His crippled feet make him a corrupted person, is that what you are saying to me here?

It is not easy, not because he is disabled. You have to stay with him not because you feel loyal or sorry for him. he does not deserve that. It depends on what u want in life. I feel, if you can ask such a question, u may not be really loving him. As such, i suggest u think about it. Whatever u decide is ok. it is your life.
