Grey's Anatomy or How I met Your Mother. Reality shows...I like Top Chef. Even True Life on MTV but thats rarely on.

Battlestar Galatica, Entourage, The Sopranos, Jericho, Heroes and Reno911 all stand out as great TV; the rest pretty much are mindless garbage.
My pick? Heroes: a damn good cliff-hanger epic story that's savvy, well-written....and twisty w/ unpredictable turns.
Battlestar Galactica: it's not the "warm, fuzzy, viewer-friendly" 70s version. Well written and seamlessly pieced together impressively--BSG stands out as science fiction drama.
Reno911 is simply funny as hell--great for laughs! I'm hoping Jeff Foxworthy makes a cameo appearance in the box office movie.......
My jury's still out on Jericho, which so far has my attention since it's pilot episode.
Entourage and Sopranos: HBO screwed up giving both hot shows over extended breaks between episodes. Shame, too: both were on the very hot track--and had another hopeful, "Big Love" well on the way too.

Heroes is "must see TV" for me right now. It's one of the few shows where I actually want to watch it as soon as it airs, rather than recording it to watch later or downloading it off the Internet. A close number two is The L Word on Showtime. It's a unique show with interesting storylines that are different from any other show on the air. I am also a big fan of The Daily Show. I think Jon Stewart is intelligent as well as tremendously entertaining.

If you want to watch a real best tv program yourself dont watch anything else than "Prison Break" indeed its a secong season going on , and you dont want to miss a single second of it, buy the first season dvd set. I am dead sure you will like it. Its the best tv series ever made , probably it will be the best for for a long time.

Two years ago the answer was "Arrested Development" - amazingly funny.
Last year the answer was "Deadwood" - unparalleled excellence.
This year the answer is "The Office" - makes me laugh out loud every episode.
So going by that pattern, I can expect "The Office" to be cancelled in about fifteen minutes.
