shaving one's head is what someone does when they have reached maximum stress levels and about to have a nervous breakdown, if not already having had one.

I hope not. She seems to be under so much pressure from the media, and people that are just mean things about her. I hope she gets the help she really needs and get a hold of her life again, not only for her own sake, but for her two sons.

She's almost at that point. Her family needs to force her into rehab and not allow her to leave until she goes through some programs. She really lost her mind when she thought marriage was like playing house.
