my theory is that with the divorce going on with the custody of her kids in question, she did not want any traces of her drug use (hence the rehab) drug usage can be tracked through hair follicles. She also got a tattoo of a pair of lips on her wrist. Is she hiding (scar) something there too?

I saw on the news they thought it was because to try to get the attention off anna nicole smith. And because shes kind of depressed because being the life of a celebrity is hard and all the rumors and pain of divorce and more kids. She also was in a rehab right before she shaved her head, so she was obviously facing some sort of difficulty and turned to alcohol/drugs. Yikes.
