on a personal level community rights take precedent lest you be seen as greedy and not giving to brothers, family and friends in your house, very rude. We are dissconected from the community now. we don't have to eat our food in front of the hungry people. And generally don't socialize with people unlike ourselves. Above or below our social class too much.

the rights of our unique tribes, families and cultures are more important than others.

Property rights are the most important of all, but they do not trump the good of the community...or vice verse. The cities and towns have enough property to do what they need to do with it. They don't need that which belongs to people.

Besides, I don't understand where people are getting this issue from. I've heard nothing about it...and the media hype that is in protest to the current administration is getting out of hand. If anyone is going to try to take property, it's the democratic congress, not the White House.

There is no such thing as community rights. Individual property rights are paramount. The only rights a community has are those granted to it by individuals in that community.

"Property is surely a right of mankind as real as liberty. The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the laws of God, and that there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence." -- John Adams

one in all your questions isn't defined, i.e., "Am I much less of a citizen by using fact i'm no longer christian?" i'm shocked you does no longer comprehend. What info do you have for this declare: "apparently their rights are extra effective, a minimum of in my community." in case you do not have any sign pointing out in any different case, in case you have not got any situation with your neighbor or associate knocking on your door to come across you, then needless to say everybody else could knock on your door. So what do you advise as a answer? A regulation to ban non secular appeals at your door? could or no longer it is prolonged to political appeals? could or no longer it is prolonged to human beings soliciting new cable television money owed? could or no longer it is prolonged to trick-or-treaters? Do you extremely need the regulation to regulate those issues? it would could save on with to anybody and may additionally save on with to you. think you have been robbed or attacked and you lacking transportation or a telephone, went to the closest door to hunt for help. might you prefer to be chased off with the help of the police for that? i comprehend that's no longer from you, yet by using fact I observed it in an answer i'm responding: taking photos paint balls is a violent reaction and can in all threat land you in detention center and open to a civil experience in case you brought about actual harm. offering violence based on non secular appeals is impossible to justify. i might incredibly tell some individual, "i do no longer communicate faith right here" and close the door, or positioned up a demonstration to such result, than to could stumble upon a individual who believed that violence based on this kind of element is appropriate. You do have a suitable to place up a demonstration needless to say pointing out which you do no longer desire any non secular appeals directed to you at your place. I even have considered such signs and indications pointing out, "we are Roman Catholics and don't desire ..." etc. you additionally could make one for your self.

Usually if you have one of these then the other is a given. If you have neither then both are out of control. They go hand in hand either way. One is not more important than the other and one is not of lesser importance than the other, they are equal.
