Check out Phonezoo. They let you download ringtones for free. You can even make your own by uploading a file, editing it and sending it to your phone. They send you a text message with a link where you can download the ringtone you made. It's really easy.

When you are downloading Ring Tones from the Internet you would have 2 Options.
Download it to the Phone directly by using WAP or GRPS.
Generally these are charged per download from 10INR to 50 INR.
There are many free sites which would allow you to download Ringtones and other stuff to your PC.
Then you need to use a Datacable, IR or Blue Tooth to transfer the files to your Phone.
You can try www.mobile9.com if you want the second type.

ofcouse u get free ringtones on if u login to dat particular website. even u could download latest movies released all over the world provided u have a fast connection and enough memory space to get fast results.
