But mostly it's that I'm screaming in my dream but I can't seem to scream out loud

Yes, I did that a few times. It is kind of scary and embarrassing at the same time because I usually don't scream.

not screaming but i have woken uptaking a gasp for air
and i have woken up with tears on my face when i was crying in a dream
hahah ijust read that girl growling likea dog that makes me laugh
hilarious. lol.

Yes I have. Also once while I was asleep two of my friends were having a conversation and I could hear them, and I dreamt that they were dressed in 70's gear during this chat. That lead to me sitting up and saying 'you're from the 70's you are' then promptly falling back to sleep.

actually no... never but i have woken up scared a lot of times when i dream im fallin n i turn over on my bed .. i wake up scared wonderin if im safe ! then again i never sleep sound enough to let dreams control me.. but somehow they do ..... been disturbed a lot of times cause if weird n strange dreams but arent dreams all jus a state of ones mind ! .......?

I was sleep on the couch and my mom tried to wake me up to go to bed and I growled at her like a dog. I don't why I did that I guess I was dreaming being a dog.

Used to do it quite a bit. But the nightmares are under control for know. Thank goodness for pills.
