Is there a way to get my music, videos, photos, and anything else from my ipod to my computer?

I have a 30GB Video Ipod.

I recently had to restart the computer to make it be like if I bearly bought it so all my folders and documents and everything is gone. Dumb virusss.

Anyways is there a way to get my Full Resolution images, songs, videos, games, anything else from my Ipod to my computer?

yes there is for the music, but i'm not sure abou tthe pictures. just go download itunes again if you havent already, and hook up your ipod, and it should pop up and option box that says:

l cancel l l sync and erase l l transfer purchasesl

hit transfer purchases, and then they will e put on you computer. after you have those items on you computer, then you should eject you ipod, and then plug it back in again and set up your sync preferations, and you should be set!
