Hello! Friends, how to achieve a rapid growth for a small tourism company in Dubai?

I am a newly admitted marketing manager of a tourism company in Dubai. Because of my great passion for entrepreneurship and resolution of achieving a rapid growth for this company that within 5 years we can make initial public offer, I am doing an intensive research on how to achieve this goal. I am looking for anyone of you can advice me or to be my mentor to provide the specifics steps I need to take and strategies I need to apply. Thanks very much

Is that what you are looking for..., a paid service? Or are you looking for free advice?

I think that a mentor or someone who can help you in steps and strategies to get a new company going for IPO in 5 years is worth quite a lot of money.
