I'd tell her to go back home (to Louisiana) for awhile and take some time to herself. She really just needs some time out of the spotlight to regroup and refocus.

I would tell her she is loved, first of all! I would then try to engage her in a conversation to see if I could figure out why she is behaving as she is. I would let her know the world misses her talent, she's lucky to have 2 beautiful, healthy children and that she might think about going away with her family for some down time!

I wouldn't have to say anything to make her feel better, because MY family (unlike Spear's family and friends) would never let anyone go over the edge that far like how Spears has!
