I have very, very low energy lately and cannot exercise at all. I used to exercise/workout almost daily some years ago. Now I rarely exercise. I want to get in awesome shape before the end of May. What should I do?

Low energy can also be the result of an overload of toxic waste in your body. You will need to do some form of body cleansing eg. colon cleansing.

Peanut butter. It has a great balance of fat, protein, and sugers, and will give you a nice little energy boost.
